Call-outs are £85 including the first hour. Everyday jobs get a fixed price agreed up front; bathrooms and bigger work get a free written quote. No hourly surprises, ever.
A burst pipe or a leak coming through the ceiling can’t wait. We keep same-day slots open every weekday and run a 24/7 call-out line so a real Reading plumber is on the way, usually within 60–90 minutes.
The small jobs that quietly waste water and money. We trace hidden leaks with proper detection kit, fit a new washer or swap the tap, and stop that toilet running all night — tidy, and done in one visit where we can.
Slow sink or a drain backing up in the garden? We clear blockages with rods and high-pressure jetting, then camera-survey the line so you know whether it’s a one-off or something to keep an eye on.
From a straight swap to a full re-fit, we handle the plumbing, tiling and finishing with one team you actually meet. Clear fixed quote up front, dust sheets down, and the site left clean at the end of every day.
Fitting a new kitchen or just swapping an appliance? We connect sinks, dishwashers and washing machines, sort out waste and water feeds, and pressure-test everything before we leave.
Weak flow, lukewarm water or a noisy cylinder? We service, repair and replace immersion heaters and unvented cylinders, and re-balance hot water so every tap in the house behaves.

All prices include VAT. Card, bank transfer or cash on completion — no deposits for jobs under £500.
